Voki

Voki is an online tool that lets you create and customise characters (avatars), add a voice to these avatars, post your voki to a blog, website or an online profile and use it to communicate and interact with other people online. Registration required.

Evaluation: A fun and easy-to-use tool aimed at primary and secondary school students. A wide variety of avatars and other fun features make Voki a perfect tool to relieve students from anxiety they may have when faced with an oral task. Vokis can be saved and a free account offers a variety of options. Vokis are shared via a link.
