Idioms around Europe

"Idioms around Europe" activity was presented by the students of Colegiul National "Gheorghe Titeica", Drobeta Turnu Severin on European Day of Languages. The purpose of the activity was to demonstrate to the present audience (students and parents) that proverbs and sayings are common in various cultures throughout Europe. Many European countries have their own unique proverbs and sayings, but there are also several that are shared across different cultures and languages in the continent. These common proverbs and sayings often reflect universal human experiences and values, making them easily understood and relatable across cultures.
