An EDL story: Our Cats Travel the World!

 Celebration, 15 set 2025 - 30 set 2025, Leiria, Portugal

We read the funny story My Cat Likes to Hide in Boxes. It is about cats from different countries who can do amazing things, but one cat always prefers to hide in boxes! We played games with flags, learned how to say nationalities, and practised with “can” to talk about abilities. We also learned new words for clothes and how to describe what a cat looks like. The best part was creating our own international cats! Languages do open hearts, minds and worlds, just like our cats!

Vote no evento mais inovador deste ano!  

Para animar ainda mais o DEL, qualquer pessoa que visite o website pode votar naquele que considerar o evento mais inovador: o mais criativo, o que revelou maior transferibilidade ou o que melhor representou o espírito deste dia. A votação estará aberta durante um mês, entre 20 de setembro e 20 de outubro, e o vencedor será anunciado em Dezembro. A entidade organizadora do evento mais votado receberá um pequeno prémio.
