Primary school "Jovan Jovanovic Zmaj" Brus English Club, a group of 30 students aged 9-11, from a very small town in Serbia, has been invited to give a show entirely in English at the Primary school Mihailo Petrovic Alas in Belgrade. We want to emphasize some major world problems, such as war, discrimination, poverty, girls' rights, environmental problems etc. through our selections of poems, plays and pop-rock songs. There will be some favourite Serbian poems and songs in English as well as the dramatization of a famous Serbian epic poem in English. And everything is followed by interactive presentations and students from our music school. We hope the audience will join in and enjoy!
