The richness of European cuisines and languages

 School project, 26 Sep 2023 - 26 Sep 2023, Radinac, Serbia

A day dedicated to European languages will be filled with different activities presented by older pupils of the primary school and their teachers. Diversity of European national cuisines will be showcased with various sweet and savory specialties made by pupils, their parents, and teachers. Pupils will learn how to introduce themselves in different European languages alongside with learning some expressions relating to friendship, love, understanding and tolerance. The program will be enriched by theatrical pieces and poems, art panels and posters depicting historical and cultural landmarks of European countries. The goal of this activity is to draw attention to the importance of learning foreign languages as well as expanding knowledge with interesting facts about different traditional meals. A special emphasis will be placed on developing interpersonal relationships between participants and celebration of multiculturalism.
