Eco-creativity - artistic and literary work displayed online and in the school and local community (Serbia)

 Language Week, 17 Sep 2023 - 30 Sep 2023

Students from three schools who worked together in culturally mixed groups will display online and in the school and local community their projects meant to raise awareness of the necessity to save our planet. All the projects started from the quote of a famous Romanian sculpture, Constantin Brâncuși „People are unable to feel the joy of living, because they no longer know how to look at the nature's wonders.” This quote was proposed in order to take part in CREO CREARE Plurilingual and Artistic Creation Competition, organized every year by Mircea cel Bătrân National College of Constanța. Inspired by this quote, each team of 5 students wrote a poem, an essay or a script , made a drawing or a collage, or wrote a piece of music in accordance with the written text. Students' work is worth seeing by any resident on planet Earth as it perfectly illustrates not only our distancing from nature, but also how people from different cultures can work together to create a powerful message in one language, irrespective of their educational needs, whether they are typical or special.
