Роль національної естафети

Для координації діяльності, організованої на національному рівні, Рада Європи просить країн-учасниць призначити національних ретрансляторів для Європейського Дня Мов. Функція естафети — діяти як множник для організацій, шкіл та асоціацій, який поширює:

  • - інформацію, передану Радою Європи (наприклад, прес-реліз Ради про Європейський День Мов, який пропонується естафетам перекласти національними / місцевими мовами, оновлення на веб-сайті);
  • - рекламні матеріали: плакати, наклейки тощо, що надаються Радою Європи щороку у значній кількості для організаторів заходів.

Наскільки це можливо, естафеті рекомендується проводити промоцію до Європейського Дня Мов на національному / регіональному рівні та через пресу, зокрема, висвітлюючи адресу веб-сайту Європейського Дня Мов, та звітуючи перед Радою про святкування Дня в межах країни.

Деякі естафети створили національний веб-сайт Європейського Дня Мов з огляду на кількість заходів, організованих у їхній країні.

Естафети Європейського Дня Мов працюють на добровільних засадах, і Рада Європи з вдячністю визнає їх важливий внесок.

Країни без національних естафет на даний момент:

Як показано на мапі, певні держави-члени в даний час не мають національної естафети.

Естафетою може бути особа або існуюча структура, яка в ідеалі вже контактує з Радою Європи, хоча це не є обов'язковим.

Будь-які структури (центри, асоціації, адміністративні одиниці, тощо), які хотіли б виступати в ролі естафети між своїми країнами та Радою Європи, запрошуються звернутися або до своїх національних органів, або до Ради Європи.
