PowerPoint presentation about the importance of learning languages and how this celebration promotes cultural understanding across Europe. Then, students participated in a language knowledge contest, where they explored interesting facts and similarities between Anglo-Saxon, Greek, and Latin-based languages. It was a fun and enriching way to discover the roots of many European words. The celebration ended with an exciting relay contest called “The Linguistic Passport”, where teams completed language-related tasks to “travel” from one country to another.

Голосуйте за найінноваційнішу подію цього року! 

Щоб додати ще один елемент цікавинки до Дня, кожен, хто відвідує веб-сайт, може проголосувати за те, що, на його думку, є найбільш інноваційною подією ЄДМ. Це може його креативність, наочність або просто тому, що воно справді представляє настрій цього Дня. Голосування буде відкрите протягом місяця, з 20 вересня по 20 жовтня, а переможець буде оголошений у грудні. Організатору заходу, який набере найбільшу кількість голосів, отримає невеликий приз.
