CULTURAL DIVERSITY

The teenagers involved in the activity read information about cultural diversity on several internet sites and try to explain in English what they understand from it and how it applies to themselves and the communities they belong to. Then they watch a video about cultural diversity in which a speaker on TEDx provides further explanations and examples. The teacher provides questions to help students focus on the key points of the discourse. The main ideas in the video are emphasized and debated upon in relation with examples from personal experiences and knowledge.
