A Colourful "HELLO'' all over Europe

 Language Day, 25 Sep 2024 - 26 Okt 2024, Volos, Greece

A short-term work project on the occasion of celebrating European Day of Languages 2024!!! During it we looked at the map of Europe and we tried to remember how many European countries we know .Then we found all the countries and their flags, discussing about their colors and symbols .We also discussed the usefulness of different languages .Then, in a playful way, children discovered new words and sounds, trying to say "HELLO" in various European languages. They repeated it, trying to learn “HELLO” in the other European languages, which excited them. At the end we created a poster to greet and show them that all children are our friends regardless of origin and language they speak, because all children know how to speak the language of Peace and Friendship.
