LANGUAGES IN WONDERLAND

 School project, 19 Eyl 2024 - 26 Eki 2024, REGGIO CALABRIA, İtalya

We’re thrilled to welcome all of our students to the start of this new school year, especially those joining us for the first time. This year, we’re focusing on celebrating cultural diversity and promoting acceptance, with the goal of building positive relationships among people. Through a variety of activities, we hope to highlight the richness of different languages and cultures. One of our main projects this year will be creating two LANGUAGES FOR PEACE posters. Each class will contribute a unique piece of artwork, representing a message of peace, which will be assembled together to form a beautiful mosaic symbolizing unity and collaboration. Our Secret Agents will also embark on an exciting series of cultural challenges, designed to broaden their understanding of many European traditions and languages. In line with our curricular theme, we will explore the world of emotions through storytelling, using the ALICE IN WONDERLAND story, to help students articulate their feelings and understand the emotional nuances of different cultures. To commemorate the celebration, every class will receive a Certificate of Participation, a meaningful keepsake to remind them of this special journey. All activities will be conducted in English and Spanish, ensuring a bilingual learning experience that reaches students between the ages of 5 and 13. And of course, we can’t forget to take part in the T-shirt Design Contest! We’re crossing our fingers that this will be our year to claim the top prize, and we can’t wait to see all the creative designs our students come up with. Here's to a year of cultural discovery, connection, and celebration.
