Unity in Diversity at our School

 Language Week, 23 Set. 2024 - 27 Set. 2024, Prešov, Slovakia

On September 26, 2024, our school will celebrate the European Day of Languages. Throughout the entire week, our cafeteria staff will be preparing traditional dishes from the countries whose languages we study at school. On the tables in the dining hall, you’ll find Russian borscht, Spanish paella, or English black tea. During breaks, popular songs in foreign languages will be played over the school’s PA system. On September 26, students will play various games and quizzes during their language lessons, focusing on the theme "Languages for Peace," which was chosen for this year. Therefore, language teachers have prepared a special challenge for the students: to come dressed as a typical Englishman, Frenchman, German, Slovak, Spaniard, or Russian.
