European Week of Languages

 Language Day, 23 sep 2024 - 27 sep 2024, Istanbul, Tyrkiet

During the European Day of Languages week, our students will engage in various interactive and educational activities designed to foster language awareness and celebrate linguistic diversity. Students will explore the significance of the day and participate in tasks such as designing flags of European countries, researching animal sounds in different languages, and discovering interesting facts and greetings from various nations using digital tools. Additionally, they will create identity cards of famous individuals from European countries, collaborate on visual clues to identify locations across Europe, and reflect on the importance of languages through fun, hands-on projects like writing "I love you" in multiple languages. These activities aim to enhance language skills, critical thinking, and cultural appreciation in a creative and collaborative environment. On September 26th, we will be hosting the “Türkçeyi En Doğru Sen Kullanırsın” competition for grades 6, 7, 8, Prep, 9, 10, 11, and 12. This online competition will be held via Google Forms and only tablets are allowed!
